Last
year a group of magicians began exploring a truly excellent idea. A magical
retreat, in a haunted mansion in the Appalachian mountains with all the events
run at night. Participants would be divided into cohorts and spend the weekend
doing intensive, immersive work with one teacher, while having a little flex
schedule time to check out classes from one or two of the other teachers.
There
was a lot of excitement for it. But, unfortunately, with current economic
difficulties and risks associated with international travel, it was determined that
we should hold off. Instead, we made an online event. We brought the eternal
crossroads into your living room. We united more people in more places for an
affordable and accessible online retreat.
But…you missed it. If you did. That’s ok. Here are two pieces of great news.

Paths to the Crossroads, where the Spirits Dwell
In a time of chaos and challenges, when
the madness of the humdrum world sings of terrors from every corner, we invite
you to meet under cover of night at the crossroads, to remember who you are,
and root ever deeper into magic and community.
Nestled in the Appalachian mountains is a
haunting historic mansion where magic has been taught for almost 100 years, the
waking world grows quiet, and the whispers of the hidden beings sing to those
with ears to hear.
Sojourn with us in a space of spirits, a
place betwixt and between, built through ritual and magic. Choose to journey on
one of five Paths; The Land, The Fae, The Dead, The Diviners and The Devils in
this intensive initiatory weekend.
We’ll immerse ourselves not just in magic,
but in magical community—learning, living, eating, sleeping, dreaming, and
enchanting together. There will be a night of connection and a day of dream and
preparation, which will culminate in an all-night ritual of magical communion—a
true Witches’ Sabbat that ends as the sun rises on your new Witch-Self.
Bewitch
yourself under cover of night and draw away from the civil sounds of city and
shire with five experienced teachers of magic and weavers of mystery where
students of all paths gather to hone their skills and learn new techniques.

Dreaming to the
Crossroads - with Sara Mastros and Halo Quin
Learn
how to gather at the crossroads in your dreams for a Witch’s Sabbat and join us

Dead: How to Host a Dumb Supper ~ with Sara Mastros
A
“Dumb Supper” is a traditional Appalachian rite of communion with the Dead,
based on early British/Irish necromantic divination practices. In this
workshop, you’ll learn everything you need to know to host your own this
Halloween!

Explore
